Client Relationship Agent (CRA)
Facility-facing. You own the relationship with the nursing homes, hospitals, and care facilities we staff — understanding what each unit needs and making sure Heron delivers it.
Nurse Relationship Agent (NRA)
Nurse-facing. You support the nurses on our books day to day — from onboarding and compliance through to the shifts they take on the Heron platform.
